 Bruce B. Tepper is a noted speaker, trainer, consultant and facilitator to the tourism, travel, meeting and incentive industries. In his 20-plus years of industry experience, he has helped virtually every segment of the travel and tourism industries as well as the meeting and incentive fields. Holding an MBA and an MA in Education, he also teaches in the extended learning programs of the California State University system in travel and tourism.
An author and frequent contributor to industry publications, he is the author of six books: two on general management skills, two on meetings and incentives, one on personnel and one on marketing. His columns appear in Travel Weekly in North America as well as Travel Trade in Australia and Travel Asia and Meetings & Conventions in the Asia/Pacific region.
