Dr. Robert W. Joselyn, PH.D., CTC is President and CEO of Joselyn, Tepper & Associates, Inc., (JTA) . He holds a Doctorate in Marketing and Operations Research in addition to an M.B.A. and an undergraduate degree in engineering.
Dr. Joselyn's past and present clients are a who's who of the travel & tourism industry including thousands of travel agencies and agency organizations. Dr. Joselyn is the author of seven books, including:
- Pricing Service Charge & Professional Fee Strategies for the Travel Agency
- Service Fees
- The Travel Agency Personnel Policy & Procedures Manual Workbook
- Mastering The Art of Collaborative Selling
- a college textbook on marketing research
- and one on the development of formal marketing plans for small and medium sized banks.
He is also featured in two video training programs, including the newly
revised two video set entitled "Service Fees: Making Them Work" and the soon
to be released three video set entitled "Mastering The Art Of Collaborative
Selling".
