MAKING THE ROOM COME ALIVE
One of the most exciting, thought provoking and well received sessions a conference can have involves facilitating a discussion on a given topic among attendees. Typically paired with a panel discussion of some format, session facilitation is tremendously enhanced with a facilitator who is knowledgeable, compassionate, provoking, witty, and above all "fast of foot".
The two principals of JTA more than fill this demanding bill. They have proven time and again that it is an almost instinctive skill to know when to jump in, stand on the sidelines, and/or draw out an audience. In a way that no "official" from an organization could ever hope to accomplish, a JTA professional has the ability to control the ebb and flow of idea exchange without risk of offending a member or franchisee. On virtually every travel and tourism related topic your JTA professional has the ability to ask the right question and add value to the shared ideas of the group.
