MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS: TECHNIQUES FOR HAPPY MARRIAGES AND ADOPTIONS (owners)
There is little question that the travel business is bursting with change. For many these changes represent new opportunity. For others, a challenge they either do not wish to face alone or face at all. As such, one of the most significant opportunities in todays marketplace is that of growing your agency business through the acquisition of, and/or merger with, other agencies.
